Kero, an NFT artist, has gathered over $10 million in investments for a new Solana-based memecoin, SNAP. This fundraising effort came in under 24 hours, leveraging the power of social media to engage a broad audience. Kero’s decision to initiate a coin on Solana was backed by a poll on X, where 5,000 participants encouraged the launch.

The call to action involved posting a wallet address that quickly attracted nearly 55,000 SOL, equivalent to approximately $10.4 million. The memecoin, named SNAP in tribute to Kero’s original meme character Coco, a crocodile, echoes the iconic Pepe the Frog in style. This character is featured in Kero’s digital artwork, which blends famous art, memes, and internet culture.
