Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A) (NYSE:BRK.B) sold another 19.2M shares of Bank of America (BAC) for about $779M in multiple transactions between July 30 and August 1, an SEC filing showed.
Since mid-July, the billionaire investor has sold more than $3.8B in stock of the second-largest bank in the U.S. (BAC).
Previously, he sold 1.48B worth of stock between July 17 and 19, selling 90.4M shares since July 17.
He still remains the largest shareholder of the bank, owning ~942M shares, worth about $37.2B.
The latest transactions were carried out between July 30 and Aug. 1 for prices ranging from approximately $39.47 to $41.83, the Form 4 filing showed.
Shares of Bank of America (BAC) fell 0.25% to $39.40 on Thursday during after hours of trading.
