During the Greentech event in Amsterdam, a pivotal deal was made that secures the continuation and future growth of Viemose DGS. Floris Berghout is set to follow in the footsteps of Søren Kristensen as the new CEO of the renowned company. Floris is honored and excited to take on this new role.
A legacy of excellence
Founded in 1947, Viemose DGS has been active in designing, building, and installing leafy green growing systems for various indoor facilities like greenhouses, indoor farms, and vertical farms. The company has seen its fair share of ups and downs over the years, but under Søren Kristensen’s and Steen Mortensen’s leadership, Viemose DGS has successfully refocused on its core business and returned to a path of growth and stability.
