US Tsys are lower Wed and curve is little changed from Tues. 10Y tested key 4.50% again but this time it did not hold, reaching a high yield of 4.539%. 30Y is slowly inching its way to 5.00%, a level that could start tech selling if it does not hold. High yield Wed was 4.974%. While markets are enjoying a respite from tariff fears at this time, the saga is not over. People are also aware that economy could still feel effects of actions so far on growth and inflation. Fed in turn is stuck in limbo balancing threats from inflation/unemployment. Back on radar screen is Trump’s tax bill which is wending its way through Congress. Bond markets are concerned about deficits and the resulting supply that must be absorbed. Markets also braced for huge data calendar Thu/Fri. At 15:00 ET, 2Y at 4.061% vs 4.027% Tue. 10Y at 4.534% vs. 4.500%. 30Y at 4.972% vs. 4.945%. 2/10Y curve unch at +47.3 bps. 2/30Y at +91.1 vs +91.8 bps. Close at lows…
