UK Backs South African Renewable Energy Storage Project

The company, with the backing of British International Investment, is set to construct the Red Sands Battery Energy Storage System in the country’s Northern Cape region. This storage system, a $300 million project established as part of the Just Energy Transition Partnership, aims to mitigate energy shortages and support renewable power sources.
