The UAE is making significant strides towards achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050, with solar energy and innovative technologies playing a pivotal role in this transformation. The recent webinar “Solar’s Growing Role in UAE’s Net Zero Architecture,” hosted by the Dubai Renewable Energy Business Group (DRBG), brought together experts to discuss the nation’s progress and challenges.
Varun Gulati, Managing Director of First View, highlighted the growing importance of solar energy in reducing carbon footprints across various sectors. “Solar power is not just an alternative energy source; it’s a cornerstone of our net zero strategy,” Gulati said.
