Geo Minjarez, an apprentice lineman with Tucson Electric Power, hangs holiday lights on neighborhood trees in preparation for the 75th Annual Winterhaven Festival of Lights in Tucson, Ariz. on December 5, 2024. As a title sponsor, TEP contributes $40,000 annually to the nonprofit group that organizes the event. During the festival visitors can donate canned goods and money that directly help the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. Winterhaven begins on December 14 and runs through December 28 and is open daily from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
