Investing.com – Canadian equities started with gains on Thursday, with rises in all sectors, the most notable ones being the Renewable Energy and Clean Technology, Communication Services, Utilities and REIT.
At the market open in Toronto, the TSX Composite Index rose 0.28%. The TSX Venture fell and the TSX Smallcap increased. The TSX Venture dropped 0.12%, while the Smallcap increased by 0.17%.
