25 by 25 Solutions from the Land focuses on renewable energy and has a goal for America to get 25% of its energy from renewable resources like wind, solar, and biofuels by the year 2025.

Don Villwock is a farmer from southwestern Indiana and told News Talk WJAG the organization aims to create opportunities for agriculture to be part of America’s renewable-energy solution.

“Whether that’s by promoting ethanol, biodiesel, aviation diesel, solar or wind farms, that all comes from agriculture, all ends up in the land, and how we do that on a smart basis” Villwock said.

Villwock added Solutions From the Land seeks answers to the questions of making farms more weather-proof when – in his words – the weather seems more erratic.
