Silver One Resources to Seek TSX Venture Exchange Approval for Warrant Extension

Canadian-based silver exploration and development firm, Silver One Resources Inc., has announced its intent to seek approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the extension of the expiry date of share purchase warrants issued during its private placement on January 20, 2020. The move pertains to a total of 8,297,000 warrants, divided into two groups, with differing extension periods.

Details of the Warrant Extension

The first group consists of 4,576,000 warrants, which the company aims to extend from January 13, 2024, to January 13, 2025. The second comprises 3,721,000 warrants, proposed to be extended from January 17, 2024, to January 17, 2025. It is crucial to note that the exercise price will continue to be $0.40, with all other terms of the warrants remaining unchanged.
