Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited has announced the resignation of Dr. XI Juntong as an independent non-executive director after six years of service. He will remain in his role until a new director is elected by shareholders. Additionally, Mr. DONG Jianhua and Dr. DU Zhaohui have been nominated as candidates for the company’s fifth session of the Board, respectively as director and independent non-executive director.
