Hyderabad-based Olectra Greentech, at a board meeting, appointed Mahesh Babu Subramanian as an Additional Director of the Company, with effect from 27th September 2025.
In a regulatory filing while sharing these details, Olectra Greentech said its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 24th September 2025, recommended the nomination via the Remuneration Committee. It has now approved the appointment of Mahesh Babu Subramanian as Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company. The company said he is not liable to retire by rotation for a period of three years, with effect from September 27, 2025.
