Nevis Brands brings Major cannabis beverage to Nevada

Nevis Brands (CSE:NEVI) is entering the lucrative Nevada cannabis market with its bestselling Major brand.

The firm said it has inked a licensing agreement with Silver State Wellness, based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Major, a dosable 100mg THC beverage known for its rapid onset, will be available in Nevada cannabis retail stores starting in September 2023.

For Nevis, the expansion increases Major’s market footprint from five states to six in less than 65 days since acquiring the cannabis brands.

According to a report from the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board, marijuana consumers in Nevada spent approximately $965.1 million in 2022, highlighting the robust demand for cannabis products in the state.

“With the success of the Major brand and our asset light licensing model, we look forward to moving to more additional markets in the near future,” said John Kueber, CEO of Nevis in a statement.
