After several years of raising capital from the private sector, Arrive AI is ready to welcome new investors from Wall Street. 

Headquartered in Central Indiana, Arrive AI prides itself on building an autonomous delivery network that leverages artificial intelligence and big data to unlock savings and efficiency in the last-mile delivery ecosystem. 

Dan O’Tool, the Chairman and CEO of Arrive AI, says he got the idea for the company in 2014. “I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life.” After he was awarded a patent in 2017, O’Toole said he went to work quickly to secure private investors. Still, he had trouble scaling up with demand and decided to take the company public after raising $12 million from crowdfunding over four years.
