Hong Kong asks pension funds for Treasuries contingency plan if U.S. rating cut

Hong Kong’s pension funds regulator has pushed back against requests to change rules that would require funds to sell Treasuries in the event of another U.S. ratings downgrade, and instead told funds to draw up “contingency plans.”
