GeoClerk launches Canada expansion with regulatory filings including TSX and SEDAR documents

Searcher, a leading provider of global multi-client geoscience solutions, is excited to announce the launch of the first phase of its new Canadian data package on GeoClerk, the company’s flagship search and discovery platform. A direct feed of Canadian regulatory filings including TSX and SEDAR documents will provide all subscribers with up to the minute NI 43-101 filings, investor announcements and presentations, regulatory filings and more for all public and private Canadian mining companies.

This represents the first stage of a major expansion of GeoClerk to add a Canada package, ultimately consisting of provincial archives and related content, the first of which, Ontario, will be released in January 2024. It is a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to technological innovation and providing the best possible service to its clients.
