Figma Inc. increased the potential size of its US initial public offering to $1.2 billion, as the app design and collaboration software company nears what could be one of the biggest listings of the year.
The San Francisco-based company and some of its investors raised the price range to $30 to $32 per share, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Monday. That’s up from the previous range from $25 to $28 each, an earlier filing showed. The 36.9 million shares offered remains the same.
