The European Union is worried by reports of Iran, North Korea, and China producing and supplying complete weapon systems to Russia for its war in Ukraine, EU Foreign Chief Josep Borrell told reporters on Monday, following an EU meeting in Brussels.
“Without Iran, without China, Russia could not support its military effort,” Borrell also said.
