The shares were purchased on January 22, 2025, with prices ranging from 1,543.00 to 1,567.71 GBp and a volume-weighted average price of 1,564.41 GBp.
Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the company will have 243,764,985 ordinary shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury.
