VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ – ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. (TSX: BABY) (OTCQX: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) (the “Company”) announces that further to its news release dated June 19, 2025, the Toronto Stock Exchange has granted the Company a further extension to hold its annual general meeting of shareholders for 2025 (the “AGM“). The Company is now required to hold the AGM by September 30, 2025.
