Cyprus EAC Renewable Energy Land Lease Tender: Proposals Invited For Photovoltaic Projects

The Cyprus Electricity Authority (EAC) has issued a tender for the extended leasing of land to facilitate the development of projects related to Renewable Energy Sources (RES). In accordance with an official statement from the authority, individuals or entities interested in offering land are encouraged to submit proposals for Long-Term Land Leases, with a minimum required area of 30,000 square meters.

Prospective participants have the opportunity to submit their proposals until the deadline of June 1, 2024, with continuous evaluations in progress. The tender is open to both natural and legal entities, as well as municipalities or communities. In situations involving multiple landowners, proposals must be presented through an assigned representative, as specified in the tender documentation.
