Collective Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in Colombia. The Company principally carries on business through an Ontario corporation and a foreign company branch office in Colombia. It holds mining titles, mining applications and option agreements to explore and acquire two exploration projects in Colombia, South America, the Guayabales Project and the San Antonio Project. The Guayabales Project is located in the prolific Middle Cauca mineral belt in Colombia. It has 10 fully permitted mines operating within three kilometers (km) of Guayabales, including two mines within the project boundaries in which the Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest.
