Brunswick puts Mirage in project portfolio

Brunswick Exploration (TSX-V:BRW) has completed a purchase and sale agreement with General Partnership Osisko Baie James for the Mirage Lithium Project in Québec, Canada. 

In January 2023, the Canadian mineral explorer optioned the Mirage Project from Globex Mining Enterprise (TSX:GMX) and completed all payments and work expenditure requirements in November 2023. 

To acquire full ownership, Brunswick will renounce its option to acquire a 90% undivided interest in the Plex Project. 

The company says in partial consideration for terminating the Plex option agreement, General Partnership will pay Brunswick C$1 million within 30 days of publishing a technical report presenting a minimum resource of one million ounces in gold. 

The Mirage Project comprises 278 claims covering 13,839 hectares in the James Bay region of Québec.
