Brookfield Renewable has successfully closed a $150 million green perpetual subordinated note issuance to fund environmentally responsible investments, including the redemption of its higher-rate Series 15 Preferred Units. The notes will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange and are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to support renewable energy projects, as outlined in their 2024 Green Financing Framework. This initiative underscores Brookfield Renewable’s commitment to expanding its vast renewable power and sustainable solutions portfolio.
