Date:

FRANKFURT (DEUTSCHE-BOERSE AG) – After the recovery rally on Friday, the DAX starts the new week at the same level. In addition to the planned amendment to the Basic Law on Tuesday, the stock market will also focus on the decisions of several central banks.

March 17, 2025 FRANKFURT (Borse Frankfurt). The political agreement on the planned multi-billion euro package for defense and infrastructure boosted the stock markets at the end of last week. Hopes of full order books at numerous German companies caused the DAX to rise by 1.9 percent on Friday. This almost completely offset the losses of the previous days. The Stoxx Europe 600 ended the week down 1.2 percent.
