Bitfarms Faces TSX Deferral on Shareholder Plan

Bitfarms (TSE:BITF) has released an update.

Bitfarms Ltd., a global Bitcoin mining company, announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has deferred the consideration of the company’s shareholder rights plan until regulatory satisfaction and shareholder ratification are achieved by December 10, 2024. Despite the deferral, the rights plan remains effective for at least six months from its adoption date, June 10, 2024. Bitfarms, known for its environmentally friendly hydro-electric-powered mining facilities, operates across Canada, the United States, Paraguay, and Argentina.
