Our common stock is quoted on the OTC Pink Open Market, operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc., under the symbol “BLTH.” On February 9, 2024, our common stock closed at $0.50 per share. We intend to apply for the listing of our common stock for trading on the NYSE American and expect such listing to occur concurrently with this offering. A NYSE American listing, however, is not a condition to completing this offering.
