Alkane joins TSX amid completing merger

Alkane Resources (ASX:ALK) has begun trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the ticker symbol ALK, upon completing the Mandalay Resources merger. 

Earlier this week, the company closed the merger, creating a dual-listed gold and antimony producer with operations across premier mining jurisdictions in Australia and Europe, as Mining.com.au reported. 

Mandalay’s shares were delisted from the TSX at market close on 6 August 2025. 

Alkane Resources is an Australia-based producer with assets across Australia and Sweden. 

The merged company established 160,000 ounces gold-equivalent ounces producer, as of FY2025, with the expectation to rise to over 180,000 ounces gold-equivalent in 2026.
