AEP Ohio warns some customers’ electric bills may increase in June

Depending on who residents get their electricity from, consumers could see their bills rise in June due to a jump in supply charges, according to American Electric Power of Ohio. The increase will come from the power generator rather than AEP Ohio, which will not profit off the charge.
