Tradeweb brings dealer algo execution services to US Treasuries – The DESK

Tradeweb’s dealer algorithm execution services are now available for US Treasuries, as the company seeks to offer clients more optionality around liquidity access and order execution.

JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley have added their algo execution strategies to the service.

The expansion gives institutional clients the ability to manage and execute orders over a set time horizon, the company explained, while maintaining dealer relationships and access to a bank counterparty’s risk protections.

“[This] marks a key next step in our broader algo strategy, and we are energised to continue working closely with other institutional dealers to further expand our efforts in this space,” said Bhas Nalabothul, managing director and head of US institutional rates at Tradeweb.
