BM GreenTech Secures RM95 Million Solar PV Project

BM GreenTech Berhad (BMG) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Plus Xnergy Services Sdn Bhd (PXS), has entered into two separate agreements with Nefin V Power Sdn Bhd (NVP) for a solar photovoltaic project worth a total of RM95 million.

The project involves the development of a 29.99 MWac solar plant under the Corporate Green Power Project (CGPP) initiative. The agreements, signed on August 15, 2025, formalize the roles of PXS in both the procurement and the engineering and construction aspects of the solar farm.

The total contract sum of RM95 million is broken down into two component which is the Procurement Agreement for RM64.865 million, which covers the supply of all necessary machinery, equipment, and materials, including photovoltaic (PV) panels and mounting structures.
