Plaintree Systems (CSE:NPT) reported its Q1 fiscal 2026 financial results, with revenues of $6.21 million compared to $7.28 million in the same period last year. Net income reached $1.00 million, down from $1.13 million year-over-year.
The company’s performance was impacted by a temporary halt in Elmira shipments due to recertification processes and tariff uncertainties. However, management expects final recertification approval for remaining appliances in the coming months, which will enable Elmira to begin shipping its accumulated backlog.
Plaintree operates through two divisions: Specialty Structures (including Triodetic Group and Spotton Corporation) and Applied Electronics (comprising Hypernetics, Summit Aerospace USA, and Elmira Stove Works).
