On August 4, 2025, Aura Minerals Inc. announced its intention to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange following its recent listing on Nasdaq on July 16, 2025. The delisting is subject to approvals from the TSX and the Brazilian Comissão de Valores Mobiliários.
