NYSE Arca files to list Trump’s Truth Social Bitcoin ETF

NYSE Arca, an all-electric division of the New York Stock Exchange that handles ETF trading, filed for approval to list the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF on Tuesday.

The ETF would be the first product from President Donald Trump’s Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG).

The 19b-4 form is required before regulators decide whether a fund can launch and trade in the US. Per the document filed by NYSE Acra, the Truth Social fund will be a spot bitcoin product tracking the price of the cryptocurrency. Assets will be held in custody by the Foris DAX Trust Company. Yorkville America Digital is the fund sponsor.
