White & Case advises banking consortium on innoscripta IPO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a banking consortium led by Berenberg on the initial public offering (IPO) of innoscripta SE (innoscripta), a German provider of software-as-a-service solutions in the application process for research & development (R&D), tax credits and R&D project management.

The IPO comprises existing shares held by existing shareholders, including a greenshoe option. The shares were offered in a public offering in Germany and a private placement to institutional investors and admitted to trading on the scale segment of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with a total offering volume of approximately €218 million.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partners Thilo Diehl and Rebecca Emory and included partners Gernot Wagner, Detlev Gabel and Bodo Bender, local partner Timo Lockemann, counsel David Santoro and Alexander Born and associates…
