Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) is proud to announce that it has adopted its first-ever Strategic Plan, a major milestone in the agency’s mission to expand clean, affordable energy in northern San Diego County. Unanimously approved by the CEA Board of Directors in April, the Strategic Plan will serve as a roadmap for organizational growth, innovation and community-focused programming over the next two fiscal years.
