LONG BRANCH — Trump administration officials lifted a stop-work order on an offshore wind project for New York that will be constructed off of Monmouth County, according to Equinor Renewables America, a partner in the wind project.

Empire Offshore Wind LLC, a project between Norway-based Equinor and oil and gas company BP, has resumed construction following the announcement, Equinor officials announced this week.
