VRIFY’s VP of AI, Jean-Philippe Paiement (R) talks to TNM’s western editor, Henry Lazenby.

VRIFY reduces exploration timelines from weeks to seconds. Their new AI tool sifts through raw data to find missed exploration targets, according to vice-president of AI, Jean-Philippe Paiement.

The platform started as a simple investor relations tool. Now, it provides real-time probability and variance metrics, which, the executive said in an interview, challenges the old geological bias.

“We do a lot of things that are automated that you would normally do in weeks of work,” Paiement said during a January industry conference. “Now it can be done in a few seconds.”

The platform upgrade simplifies data collection, helping companies share clear goals with investors. It also marks a big tech shift in how the industry operates.
