Primary Hydrogen Expands Global Market Access with FSE and OTCQB Listings

Date:

Primary Hydrogen Corp (TSXV:HDRO, FRA:83W0, OTCQB:HNATF) has provided an update on its exchange listings. The company’s shares are currently trading on three exchanges: the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under ’83W0′, the OTCQB Venture Market under ‘HNATF’, and the TSX Venture Exchange under ‘HDRO’.

The FSE listing aims to connect Primary with international investors and provide access to European and global capital markets. The FSE is the world’s third-largest organized exchange-trading market for securities. The OTCQB listing enhances the company’s visibility in the U.S. market, with companies required to meet specific reporting standards and management certification requirements.

The company has also secured DTC eligibility, which streamlines the trading process for U.S. investors by reducing costs and accelerating settlement procedures across U.S. brokerage firms.
