If bonds were people, we’d expect them to have a very clear, common human emotion as we enter 2025: jealousy. After all, the stock market gets all the hype. And with cryptocurrencies carving out a spot in many investors’ hearts, bonds have been shuffled to the back of the conversation. Yet fund flows into bond exchange-traded funds have skyrocketed in 2024. So there’s plenty of interest, even if these generally more mundane vehicles don’t get the same excited headlines as those other asset classes.
This article looks at a trio of bond ETFs I selected for consideration by investors. Bonds are not for everyone, but perhaps after reading this article, some people will realize there’s more to them than what conventional wisdom would lead them to believe.
