Aktien Frankfurt opening: Record DAX has 20,000 points firmly in sight

FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX) – The DAX also reached another record high at the start of trading on Tuesday. At 19,979 points, the leading German index reached a new high. With a recent gain of 0.2 percent, however, the gain was limited. Nevertheless, the round mark of 20,000 points for Germany’s leading index is getting ever closer.

The MDax of mid-sized stock market companies rose by 0.3 percent to 26,390 points. The Eurozone’s leading index, the EuroStoxx 50, gained half a percent./bek/jha/
