Sonoma Clean Power to host EV showcase

Wondering if you’re ready to make the leap to an electric vehicle?

You can check out a variety of models and learn more about driving electric at a free event in downtown Santa Rosa on Saturday.

In honor of National Drive EV Week, Sonoma Clean Power and the North Bay Electric Auto Association are hosting an hourlong talk on the topic of current incentives, the future of electric vehicle charging stations, what to look for in an EV and how to buy one, beginning at 10 a.m.

Attendees must register in advance for the hourlong presentation, held at the Sonoma Clean Power Customer Center, 741 Fourth St.

Outside the center, EV owners will have their cars on hand and will be available to talk with interested attendees about their experiences with different models and the life electric. The showcase runs until 1:30 p.m.
