Titan Medical (TSE:TMD) has released an update.
Titan Medical Inc. is set to delist its shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange and transition to the TSX Venture Exchange amid a strategic reverse takeover involving the acquisition of Conavi Medical Inc. The move, expected between October 4 and October 10, 2024, follows the company’s analysis of the benefits and costs associated with maintaining its current listing. Post-transaction, Titan Medical will be renamed Conavi Medical Corp.
