(formerly Looking Glass Labs Ltd.,) (“Metasphere Labs” or the “Company“) (Cboe Canada: LABZ) (OTC: LABZF) (FRA: H1N) is pleased to announce that it has received approval to list its common shares (the “Common Shares”) on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). Consequently, the Company has also submitted a request to delist its Common Shares from Cboe Canada (the “CBOE”).
The Common Shares are expected to be delisted from the CBOE at the close of business on September 3, 2024, and will begin trading on the CSE under the symbol “LABZ” at market open on September 4, 2024. No action is required from shareholders in connection with this change in listing.
