Campbell moving stock from NYSE to Nasdaq

Campbell Soup Co. will transfer is stock listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Global Select Market, it announced Thursday.

The company said the change will take effect at the market close Friday, Aug. 16, and the new stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on Monday, Aug. 19.

The stock will retain its “CPB” ticker symbol, and join the Nasdaq Composite index.
