SUNSET PARK AND WASHINGTON, D.C. — E-BIKE SAFETY AND PREVENTING FATAL BLAZES are the focus points of a bill that U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand is pushing for inclusion in the Fiscal Year National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
