Exam Timeline
The UPSC Civil Services Examination for 2023 was conducted on May 28 last year. Successful candidates from the Prelims then participated in the Mains examination, which took place on September 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2023, with sessions running from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm. The results for the UPSC CSE Mains were declared on December 8. The interviews or personality tests for the CSE 2023 were conducted in three phases spanning from January 2 to April 9.
