Telles has advised the shareholders of Endiprev, a group of companies that is a global benchmark in wind energy services, on the sale process to the Danish company Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), one of the world leaders in the wind energy operation and maintenance sector.
Once the transaction is completed, the Portuguese wind turbine group Endiprev will continue to operate under the same brand and will retain the same executive team. Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) and Endiprev Group will thus further expand their geographical reach, providing a more diversified and flexible service offering to clients around the world.
