Sifma CEO Kenneth Bentsen discusses the switch to the system known as T+1, which is intended to reduce risk in the financial system. The amount of time permitted to complete stock trades will halve to just one day under the system, which was abandoned in an earlier era as volumes became unwieldy. He speaks on Bloomberg Television.
