RIA technology giant Orion Advisor Solutions has found a new head for its roughly $66bn investment outsourcing division.
The firm announced on Tuesday that it has hired Ron Pruitt as the president of Orion Wealth Management, the division of Orion that comprises its turnkey asset management program (Tamp), in-house model portfolios, lending business and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) offering.
Pruitt fills the role previously held by Ryan Beach, who left the Omaha, Neb.-based company in March. Beach had worked at Orion since 2019, including about three years as the company’s chief operating officer.
